1. How does Highway Guard detect littering events?

Highway Guard uses smart roadside monitoring to identify when objects are thrown from moving vehicles. If a potential littering incident is detected, the system captures visuals of the vehicle and the act, then logs the event securely for review. No human is needed on-site — the system works silently and continuously to ensure cleaner highways.

2. I received a violation notice. What should I do?

If you've received a notice, it means your vehicle was captured during a littering event. The notice will include: - Time and location of the incident - Visual evidence (if available) - Steps to pay the fine or raise a dispute To respond or review your case, please visit the "Violation Portal" (coming soon) or contact our support team via the "Get Help" button below.

3. I saw someone littering. Can I report it?

Yes! We're building a "Community Watch" feature where responsible citizens can upload photos or videos of littering events. Until then, you can email us at support@alaskas.tech with: - Date and time of incident - Vehicle number (if visible) - Location - Optional: a photo or video (only if safe to do so) Together, we can make a real difference.
